ANTHONY Limbrick has made his first signing as TNS boss by welcoming defender Danny Davies to the club.
Davies has joined Saints after a successful season at Connah’s Quay Nomads, who retained the JD Cymru Premier title.
The wing-back, who initially joined Nomads from Prestatyn Town, supplied the most accurate crosses and was also in the top five for chances created during games last season.
He has vowed to bring pace to Limbrick’s side and is looking forward to the possibility of a European away day to kick off the season.
He said: “Last year we didn’t get to play the two legs, so hopefully that’s back to normal this year.
“We had two home draws for Connah’s Quay, so we didn’t get an away trip.
“Hopefully we’ll have a decent away day to look forward to at TNS this year.”
Davies will wear the number 22 shirt for the upcoming season.
