Welcome to the latest editions of Bygones as we delve deeper into the archives this week to September and November of 1982.
We have another mixed bag of old photographs from yesteryear for you to feast your eyes on, starting with a picture of some sort of pub team at The Unicorn, in Oswestry, picking up some awards. Recognise anyone?
Next up we have a picture of Girl Guides members with Pauline Jones to the right of the image.
The remaining two pictures were taken as Meifod residents celebrated as the village was named the Best Kept Village in Wales in 1982.
