NORTH Wales is set to be hit by four days of torrential rain this weekend.
The Met Office has issued multiple weather warnings across the weekend, with up to 100mm of rain expected to fall in just one day.
A yellow weather warning for rain had already been issued on Thursday into Friday, but this has now been extended until midnight on Sunday.
The Met Office is warning that flooding is to be expected and could lead to danger of life and travel disruption.
The yellow weather warning covers parts of Denbighshire, Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey but heavy rain is also expected in Flintshire and Wrexham.
Wednesday's forecast reads:"Further blustery showers this evening, some of which will be heavy with hail. The showers will fade away for a time tonight, before cloud and more persistent rain arrives during the small hours of Thursday. Minimum temperature 3 °C."
