RESIDENTS of Calverhall have enjoyed the village's floral displays this year, in part thanks to the efforts of Whitchurch Rotary Club.
After a request from Jonathan Hales-Povey from the Calverhall in Bloom, the rotary club agreed to donate £200 towards oak barrel planters.
Because of this donation Calverhall has enjoyed beautiful displays throughout the Summer, two of the most unusual being two bath tubs turned into planters.
The Calverhall group say they are looking to fundraise more money ready for next spring to hopefully enter the Britain in Bloom Competition.
