NHS worker Helen Massey has just one more sprint triathlon to complete in her amazing challenge for Nightingale House hospice.
Helen, from Wrexham, began her first triathlon at Hope Lake last Saturday, with the aim of completing another four before the end of the week.
Tomorrow (Sunday, August 9) she will complete the 750 metre lake swim, 12 mile cycle from Hope to Wrexham and back, before rounding off the challenge with a five a 5km run around the park back in Hope.
She has been supported by friends and family as she completed a sprint triathlon ever other day.
On Facebook, she said: "Thanks for my support peeps and donations still gratefully needed by Nightingale Hospice.
"Thank you so much again my lovely friends who have already donated!
Helen, who works for the NHS in Deeside, had now raised more than £1,000.
