A POPULAR Oswestry attraction is set to reopen to the public next month after being closed throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

Park Hall Countryside Experience, in Burma Road, is planning to reopen to members on July 10, and then to members of the public from July 13.

Social distancing rules will be in place alongside other changes to keep visitors safe, and there will be new attractions at the farm to keep visitors entertained.

A spokesman confirmed the reopening on the site’s Facebook page at the weekend.

They said: “We are delighted to be able to announce that we are planning to reopen with social distancing rules in place.

“The whole Park Hall team are overjoyed to be reopening but in order to keep everyone safe, there will be some changes in how we operate.

“Most of our indoor play will remain closed and some animal activities will not take place.

“However we have been updating our outdoor play areas and have added a new Dino trail so we are confident that our visitors will still be able to enjoy a great visit.

“Dora the Dino will be making daily appearances and Pig Racing will be back too. We also have a brand new attraction called Burrow Land.

“To ensure social distancing can be maintained we will be limiting the number of visitors we allow in to the farm each day and all tickets will have to be bought online in advance.

“Tickets will be available in the next few days from our website .Annual members will need to book slots online too.”

Ahead of reopening, tickets and further information will be available at www.parkhallfarm.co.uk
