POLICE have issued a warning regarding the sale of televisions from the back of vans in Shropshire.
Oswestry Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) issued the warning on its Twitter page yesterday, after receiving reports of damaged goods being sold.
A tweet on the SNT’s Twitter page yesterday read: “Please be aware of men travelling around Shropshire selling cheap televisions out the back of a van.
“The televisions are cheap for a reason, they are all damaged goods and lots of people have lost their money.”
