FIREFIGHTERS were called to a fire in the open in Morda on Wednesday morning.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service received reports of the fire in Rowlands Close at 10.19am.
Two fire engines from Oswestry were sent to the incident, which involved fence panels and a downpipe.
Crews checked the wall cavity and extinguished the blaze using a hosereel jet, a covering jet, breathing apparatus and a thermal imaging camera.
The fire was put out by 10.51am.
