SPECIALIST police officers have been to a Wrexham village as part of an ongoing search for a missing man.
Michael Chaplin, aged 62 and from Whitchurch, was reported missing on February 15 in the area of Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, near Chirk.
North Wales Police confirmed to the Leader on Friday morning that an underwater search had been in Trevor the previous day as part of the ongoing search to find him.
Mr Chaplin is described as 5'7" with short brown hair and possibly wearing orange trainers, black joggers and a grey jacket.
