POLICE have again warned residents and businesses in Oswestry about the circulation of fake £50 notes.
Oswestry Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) has issued the warning twice in as many months.
The SNT has asked that people of Oswestry be careful when exchanging monies.
A post on the SNT's Twitter page read: "Please be aware that a fake £50 note has been tendered in Oswestry.
"Use due diligence in accepting monies."
