There's a definite cooling to the air with this week's Advertizer Camera Club selection.

A little bit of snow was still on the ground when Trevor Bates took a photograph of this tree and its fallen leaves in Glyn Ceiriog, while you sense the chill in the air in Joanna Hughes' image from Whittington Castle and Karen Grady's picture from Alyn Waters in Wrexham.

The animal theme was there once again as Jody Wilson visited Chester Zoo, Amy Williams sent in this image of an unusual blue pheasant, and Wendy Clough Jones suspects an animal of some description is snapping up all the apples in preparation for the winter.

And then we wrap things up with the moving Wilfred Owen statue in Birkenhead which was sent in by Alison Utting, plus picturesque Central Park in New York which was sent in by Steve Harris.
