IT’S THAT time of the week, where the Advertizer goes for a blast to the past to have a look at some Bygones.
This week’s pictures come from the early 90s, though looking at some of the fashion, that’s pretty obvious.
We have a quartet from Ellesmere enjoying a barbecue, a girl looking surprisingly displeased for someone with ice cream and a balloon and local farmers getting the rundown.
Olympic rider Karen Dixon is also seen on her way to victory in the 1993 Llanfechain Horse Trials.
And we’ll never know what started that fight, but it probably had something to do with the mullet, or the jacket.
