The road between Oswestry and Gobowen was closed on Friday morning after a car left the road around 7am.
The saloon car came off the road and turned upside down near Pentre Clawdd, in Gobowen Road, at 7.06am, with West Mercia Police setting up a roadblock at the Gobowen Roundabout up to the Whittington Road junction.
No-one was trapped in the car and firefighters from Oswestry, Ellesmere and Wellington were all on the scene to make it safe, spending around 20 minutes there.
It is believed that no-one was injured.
