An Ellesmere-based charity has acknowledged donors for their valued contributions to its upkeep.
On Friday, September 27, the Lyneal Trust held a donors day and special guests were invited along to have lunch and enjoy an outing on the one of their canal boats.
The trust would like to thank guests from Ellesmere supermarkets, Tesco and the Co-Op, Lyneal-cum-Colemere WI, Shropshire Rural Communities Charity, Shropshire Masonic Charitable Association, Salop Steam Rally, Shrewsbury Rotary and the Shropshire Shropshire Union Middlewich Branch adopters, and volunteers, for making it a successful day.
Amanda Byrne, community member pioneer for the Co-Op, was delighted with how the day turned out.
“Thank you so much to you all at The Lyneal Trust it was such a lovely day. Each and every one of you from trustees to volunteers should be very proud of what you do there,” she said.
