ALDI is set to celebrate the opening of a new store in Ruabon on Thursday, September 5, with a golden giveaway.
To mark the occasion, Team GB Olympic bronze medallist, Katy Marchant, will hand out golden envelopes to the first 250 people in the queue, each containing a prize.
Lucky customers will be in with the chance of winning a variety of prizes including a four-piece rattan garden furniture set and Aldi shopping vouchers.
Store manager, Robert Birch, said: “The team and I are really looking forward to opening Aldi’s third store in Wrexham and what better way to welcome our customers than surprising them with a Golden Ticket giveaway. It is set to be a special day and we are sure that the local community will enjoy the opening celebrations.”
The new store, which is part of Aldi’s investment in local communities across the UK, will bring several new job opportunities to the area and offer more customers access to Aldi’s high quality, low-price products.
The new store is located on Watkin Way, in Ruabon, and will be open Monday to Saturday from 8am until 10pm and on Sunday’s from 10am until 4pm.
