FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a vehicle fire in Oswestry on Friday.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service received a call at 10.48am with reports of a car fire in Cefn Coch.
A fire engine from Oswestry was sent to the incident.
Upon arrival, crews discovered a van which had been destroyed by the blaze.
Crews used a hosereel jet to extinguish the fire and a thermal imaging camera to check for hot spots.
The fire was out shortly before 11.30am.
