Shropshire Firefighters from Oswestry and Ellesmere have been busy on Monday with two incidents in the town.
First, at 12.45 in Castle Street, two crews – one from each station –were sent to a house fire involving a small electric oven but it was out on arrival.
Crews spent around 25 minutes making the scene safe.
Then at High Fawr Close, also in Oswestry, at around 3.10pm, a crew from Baschurch and Ellesmere were sent to a motorhome fire, but it was also out on arrival.
Crews spent around 30 minutes at the scene making the vehicle safe.
