A car ended up in a ditch following an accident on the A5 near Oswestry on Saturday evening.
The incident happened at the Queen's Head junction shortly after 6pm.
Firefighters from Oswestry and Baschurch were called to reports of people being trapped. Four casualties were treated on the scene by paramedics and fire crews stabilised the vehicle.
A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "One saloon vehicle left road and came to rest in a ditch."

West Mercia Police confirmed a "total road closure" was in place while emergency services worked at the scene.
