Plans to build a two-storey extension and a garage on a house in a village have been approved.
The extension will be built onto 1 Sycamore Fields, Maesbury Marsh, near Oswestry.
Owner David Tuffin applied for the extension which will reflect the current building’s brick and timber work.
And Shropshire Council’s design manager Ian Kilby has granted full planning permission by delegated powers.
He said: “Shropshire Council hereby grant full planning permission subject to the conditions listed.
“The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
“The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved plans and drawings.
“The external materials shall match those of the existing building to ensure that the works harmonise with the existing development.”
The number of cars parking at the site will also increase from two to three.
