POLICE have confirmed on Twitter that a missing Whittington man has been found.
Peter Williams, 66, had been missing on foot since 4am on Saturday morning.
Oswestry Safer Neighbourhood Team appealed for information before he was found later on that day.
Oswestry SNT posted on Twitter: "Concern for safety. Peter has been located locally after a police search and is now in a safe place.
"Thanks for broadcasting the message."
