Springwatch’s Iolo Williams, David Attenborough’s top Arctic cameraman, Doug Allan and renowned nature writer Patrick Barkham will talk about their love of wildlife at Oswestry’s first Nature Festival at the Willow Gallery, Oswestry between July 6 and August 24 this summer.

Leading naturalist and broadcaster Paul Evans, rock climbing countryman Jim Perrin, bee writers Alison Benjamin and Penny Metal and Oswestry’s own raptor expert Keith Offord will also be taking part. The festival will end with a debate on the future of wildlife in the borders chaired by Guardian environment editor Damian Carrington.

The festival is jointly run by the Willow Gallery and Shropshire Wildlife Trust and takes place alongside the gallery's six week summer nature exhibition.
