TOWN councillors are set to run the rule over the British Ironwork Centre's planning application.
Oswestry Town Council will discuss the retrospective application for the site near the town at Wednesday's Development and Planning Committee meeting.
Philip Mullineux, Shropshire Council's principal planning officer, had requested that town councillors consider the application for notification purposes "due to the scale of the development within the surrounding locality".
The application relates to what the application called a "mixed rural enterprise" with improvements to existing vehicular access creation of visibility splay and change of use of land to a sculpture park and car parking areas.
The meeting will be held at the Guildhall at 7pm.
