A special afternoon tea was held in Chirk on Saturday.
The fundraiser in the church hall of St Mary's was held in aid of Kidney Wales and saw dozens of people coming through the door to enjoy a special menu including sandwiches and cakes.
There was also a raffle and a tombola.
Emma Lawrenson, who organised the event, said it was "a good turnout" and raised just over £200.
