Police in Shropshire are appealing for information after a 15-year-old boy was assaulted at a school football match in Shrewsbury.
The incident happened around 4pm on Wednesday, February 27 at Sundorne Sports Village. A small group of youths, who were watching the match, attacked the boy who suffered a facial injury.
One of the offenders, believed to be the main offender, is described as slim build with blond floppy hair and was wearing a black gillet over a black hoody and black jogging bottoms. Following the attack escaped in the direction of Sundorne Estate.
Officers are carrying enquiries into the incident and are appealing for witnesses.
