AN ACCOUNTANCY firm is changing name following acquisition by a national business advisory group a year ago.

TA Gittins, based on King Street in Wrexham and Salop Road in Oswestry, will rebrand to Baldwins from March.

Ralph Harvey-Robson, partner at Baldwins, said: “Since joining the group last year, our level of service has not changed, our commitment to our Wrexham and Oswestry communities will remain the same.

“Client fees will be managed locally as they always have been and will not change with us changing our name to Baldwins. Becoming part of Baldwins has enabled us to offer a wider range of niche services to our clients, helping to play a part of the success of local businesses.”

Ed Hill, regional partner at Baldwins, said: “We were proud when TA Gittins joined the Baldwins group 12 months ago, they built up a loyal client base over the years and through our nationwide specialist services, we can identify opportunities to help the offices and their clients to grow further.”

David Baldwin, board director at Baldwins, commented: “We are thrilled that TA Gittins have rebranded to Baldwins, it is a great opportunity to develop our presence in the North Wales and Shropshire area.”
