A drop-in session will be held in Oswestry next week to mark National Apprenticeship Week.
Allen Edwards, training advisor at the Orthopaedic Hospital in Gobowen, will be at Qube on Oswald Road between 2pm and 4pm on Tuesday, March 5 to promote the benefits of apprenticeships.
He said: “This is a great opportunity to come along and find out what opportunities are available and to hear about the benefits of apprenticeships to employers, individuals, local communities and the economy.
“We want to change the perceptions people have on what an apprenticeship is and who takes them up to encourage people of all ages and backgrounds to take up an apprenticeship. So, pop in and say hello and get some very good advice.”
