AN INTERNATIONAL music festival has celebrated the birthday of its Vice President.
Jools Holland, vice president of the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod, will be returning to launch this year’s festival to entertain the Royal Pavilion audience with his legendary Rhythm and Blues Orchestra and Monday, July 1.
The birthday boy celebrated his birthday on January 24 and he has performed twice in Llangollen.
A spokesman for the festival said: “The festival favourite and the International Eisteddfod can’t wait to welcome him back for 2019.”
