A MAN accused of setting fire to a housing association property in Oswestry has appeared in court.
Ryan Kempson, 26, is charged with an offence of arson with intent to endanger life.
It relates to an incident at Castle House Mews, Willow Street, in October last year when the property, owned by the Wrekin Housing Trust, was damaged by fire.
At Shrewsbury Crown Court the case was adjourned until February 22 and Kempson, of Vyrnwy Crescent, Llanymynech, Four Crosses, was allowed bail.
