The high winds of Storm Diana have brought trees down throughout Oswestry and the surrounding areas, including the Oswestry Rotary Clubs Tree of Light outside Sainsbury's.
The Christmas Tree blew down outside Sainsbury's following gales that reached up to 50mph.
The tree is set to be repaired by the Rotary Club on Friday, as the Met Office predicts that strong winds will only last until 2pm today (Thursday).
Elsewhere a fallen tree blocked half of the carriageway on the B4580 between LLawnt and Rhydycroesau.
The Met Office has release a yellow weather warning for wind today, with gusts reaching 44mph.
Shropshire Council is Tweeting updates on any fallen trees, follow @ShropCouncil for information.
