Two motorists have been taken to hospital following a serious road collision near Machynlleth.
North Wales Police say both drivers have been taken to Ysbyty Bronglais in Aberystwyth.
Police are urging motorists to avoid the A493 in Pennal following a crash involving a lorry and a car on Monday morning.

A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called on Monday (October 29, 2018) at approximately 9am to reports of a road traffic collision on the A493 near Pennal.
"We responded with 3 Emergency Ambulances and two patients were transported to Bronglais General Hospital, Aberystwyth.”
