It's that time again where we turn the clocks back and get an extra hour in bed.

This means the evenings will start getting darker and mornings will be lighter.

The clocks go back at 2am on Sunday, October 28, where we move from British Summer Time (BST) to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

The UK's clocks always go back by one hour on the last Sunday in October and go forward by one hour on the last Sunday in March.
