Ellesmere’s 2019 calendar is now on sale and celebrates 100 years of Save the Children which was founded by the town’s own Eglantyne Jebb.
The calendar features pictures taken around the town that have been sent in by Ellesmere residents.
Each month is sponsored by a local business, which includes the likes of The Black Lion, Lakeside Coaches and Ellesmere College.
The April page in the calendar is dedicated to Eglantyne Jebb and her efforts in founding the charity, as well as noting its starting date on April 15.
Lincoln McMullan, from The Signtist, has put the calendar together.
"The calendar is organised by the Altogether Ellesmere group and has been going for around eight years now," he said.
"It's great to include pictures taken by people from the town."
The calendar is available from the Post Office and Newsagents in Ellesmere for £3.99
