A man has admitted a child cruelty charge after he was caught on CCTV kicking his own two year old son in a garden.
The man, from the Corwen area who cannot be named to protect the identify of his child, was rebailed pending sentence next month.
But a crown court judge put a stop to unsupervised contact between the man and his son.
Judge Niclas Parry put the case back at one stage at Mold Crown Court for checks to be made with social services.
The defendant – who the court heard had previously had access to the child under his bail conditions – was bailed on condition that an access was approved by social services.
He was bailed on condition that he lives outside the Corwen area and observes a night time curfew.
