A NEW addition has joined the ranks of an Oswestry solicitor's office.

Newly-qualified Beti-Wyn Evans has joined Gough-Thomas and Scott's office in the town after training with the firm for the past two years.

Ms Evans, who grew up on a farm in the Ruthin, studied her two year accelerated bachelor’s degree in law at the University of Law in Christleton, Chester before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course and Master’s degree in professional legal practice.

She will concentrate on property law, wills and powers of attorney, but also has an interest in company law relating to property matters.

Training partner Katie Jones said she was "delighted" that Ms Evans would be staying at the firm.
