THERE is still time to help celebrate Oswestry's sporting success stories.
The Oswestry Sports Forum Awards Evening will be held on Friday, September 21 after they were postponed in May.
There is still time to nominate for the six awards that will be presented during the ceremony at Oswestry Rugby Club.
Categories are: Junior Team Award, Coach of the Year, Veteran Sports Award Disability Award, Contribution to Sport and Outstanding Sporting Achievement.
Susie Hancock, Oswestry Sports Forum secretary, said: "We are especially keen to receive nominations for junior teams who have done well over the last season.
"This is an opportunity to celebrate the dedication and achievements of local sports club members across all sports."At The evening will boast as as-yet unnamed guest speaker who broke an event record at the Commonwealth Games this year, and two new members into the Hall of Fame.
