THE CHIRKLANDS Summer Evening was held at Chirk Castle.
The event was a Tudor-themed evening with costumes and a display.
The highlight of the evening was a magical display of Tudor costumes by the Wrexham Heritage Sewing Group.
There was a painted backdrop to set the scene and commentary by one of the groups, giving information about life in the Tudor Palace.
A spokesperson said: “It was a really lovely summer’s evening.
“Many thanks to the committee for the refreshments and to the castle, especially David Higgins for all his help during the evening.”
