An Oswestry school teacher hosted a Plastic Awareness Day in a bid to carry on her Do it For David campaign.
Mandy Price and her daughter Becky launched a viral social media campaign to support the work of naturalist Sir David Attenborough.
Last weekend Mandy held the awareness day at the Bailey Head in Oswestry which featured a stall showing people how to reduce, reuse and recycle plastic, as well as stalls from The Wildlife Trust, online store No Plastic Shop and face painting.
Mandy said: "We were really pleased that despite the fact that Oswestry Show was on, the town was busy and lots of people came to find out what they could do to combat plastic pollution and stock up on plastic free products from No Plastic Shop."
