Hundreds of people are expected to descend upon The Marches School in Oswestry on Saturday June 30 and enjoy an abundance of fun and entertainment during its annual Family Fun Day.

The event, sponsored by Oswestry based Aico, will see families flocking to the event with a variety of activities, live entertainment and local craft producers all heading to the event.

The stunning RAF Red Arrows are also passing over to see the event, which are one of the world’s premier aerobatic display teams. They represent speed, agility and precision and are always a must see.

The Guide Dogs will be present and construct a dog obstacle course to involve dog owners presenting their loyal friends in this timed competition. Children from surrounding schools will enter the Festival of Talent contest with dance, vocal and instrumental performances.

There will be plenty of things to see and do as there will be zorbing, nerf wars, a climbing wall, go karts and a speed cage. There will be a bar, pop up café, pizza oven, Prosecco bar and sweet stalls for all to enjoy.

Local stall holders are welcome to attend and can book a stall by visiting www.marchesschool.co.uk/fun-day.

Hayley Alldridge, events and marketing manager at the Marches School, said: “We are delighted with the support from the community in making the Family Fun Day an event to be enjoyed by all. We look forward to welcoming anyone and everyone to the Fun Day and it promises to be a memorable occasion for all of the family”.
