The village primary schools in Whittington and Selattyn came together last week to host a fun run at the Quinta in Weston Rhyn.
Dozens of youngsters took to the course in races for pre-school, Key Stages 1 and 2.
The day included a warm-up session hosted by Clare Bebbington which got pupils ready for their races.
The winners of the Key Stage 1 race were Ethan Roberts, first, David Vasse, second, and Lloyd Davies, third.
The joint event was organised by the Parent Teacher Association.
