Emergency services were called to two house fires in Chirk over the weekend.
The first incident was at Bronywaun on Saturday and was attended by fire crews from Oswestry and Llangollen just after 10.30pm.
The fire was outside the property and was under control by 11.25pm. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
The second incident was reported just before 6.10pm on Sunday.
The fire at Longfield was believed to have been caused by fat overheating in a pan and was attended by fire crews from Oswestry and Wrexham.
The fire was out when the crews arrived and three people attended Wrexham Maelor Hospital to be checked over.
