Situation and Directions

From Cemmaes Road proceed towards Machynlleth along the A489 for approximately 1 miles where Penybont Wood will be situated on the left.

From Machynlleth take the A489 for approximately 4 miles and the wood will be situated on the right hand side after passing the turning on the right to Abercegir.

The access is via a council owned site, through double gates to which the purchaser would have a key. The site is a gravelled hard standing, giving good access to the most eastern end of the woodland. The track which runs through the wood and divides after a short distance into lower and upper tracks which provide very good access throughout the entire length of the woodland.
