CEFNFFORDD YR A494 (GWYDDELWERN, SIR DDINBYCH) (TERFYN CYFLYMDER 40 MYA DROS DRO) 2018

MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn sicrhau diogerwch defnyddwyr y ffordd hyd nes y bydd cynllun uwchraddio ffordd yn cael ei datblygu ar gefnffordd yr A494 with droeon Maes Gamedd, Gwyddelwern, Sir Ddinbych.

Effaith y Gorchymyn yw gosod terfyn cyflymder dros dro o 40 mya ar y darn o'r A494 sy'n ymestyn o bwynt sy'n 79 o fetrau i'r de-ddwyrain o'i chyffordd 3'r ffordd ddiddosbarth sy'n arwain at yr anheddau a elwir Bryn-du a Maerdy, i'r gogledd o Wyddelwern hyd at bwynt sy'n 217 o fetrau i'r gogledd o'r gyffordd honno.

Disgwylir y bydd y cyfyngiad, y codir arwyddion priodol ynghylch ei hyd a'i led, yn dod i rym am 00:01 o'r gloch ar 1 Medi 2018 ac y bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf.

THE A494 TRUNK ROAD (GWYDDELWERN, DENBIGHSHIRE) (TEMPORARY 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2018

THE WELSH MINISTERS have made an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which is necessary to ensure the safety of road users until a road upgrade scheme is developed on the A494 trunk road at Maes Gamedd bends, Gwyddelwern, Denbighshire.

The effect of the Order is to temporarily impose a 40 mph speed limit on the length of the A494 that extends from a point 79 metres south-east of its junction with the unclassified road leading to the dwellings known as Bryn-du and Maerdy, north of Gwyddelwern to a point 217 metres north of that junction.

The restriction, the extent of which will be signed accordingly, is expected to come into force at 00:01 hours on 1 September 2018 and remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months.
