BIRCH Leslie William (Les) David, Alison, Kieran, Ethan and family wish to thank everyone for the kindness and sympathy shown to them in their sad loss. For the many cards, messages of condolence, attendance at the funeral and the kind donations amounting to for the Lingen Davies Cancer Fund. Special thanks to Dr Arthur, Dr Das and staff at Caxton Surgery and the staff at The Court Nursing Home, West Felton for all their excellent care and attention. Also our thanks to Leanne and all at Aubrey Kirkham Funeral Directors for their kindness and professionalism, the Rev William Rowell for the lovely service, his taxi colleagues for being bearers and Wendy at The Flower Gallery.
