BAKER Eric James Please pray for the repose of the soul of Eric James Baker, aged 98, who passed away on 28 September at home in Oswestry. He spent 15 happy years as a Social Worker for the Blind, caring for the whole of Montgomeryshire, with the help of his wife and soulmate Julia as driver. He was honoured to be Vice President of the North Wales Society for the Blind and a founder member of Powys Talking Newspaper and Tape Talks Library for the Blind. A private funeral will be held, and donations gratefully received for the North Wales Society for the Blind. May we merrily meet in heaven. Enquiries to W.E.
