FRANKLIN Cyril (Tommy) Of Treflach. Passed away peacefully at home on 24th June 2021. Aged 84 years. Beloved Husband of the late Patricia Moyra Franklin who passed away on April 26th 2020. Sadly missed by his Brother John, Sister-in-law Janine and all his Nieces and Nephews. Due to the current restrictions the funeral will be invitation only.
