TOMLEY Joan (Nee Bye) Formerly of Tynycelyn Farm, Llanfyllin. Wife of the late John Richard Loving and much loved mum to Stephen, Ian, Peter and their families, passed away peacefully at her son's home in Shrewsbury on May 28th.
