TERHORST Joan passed away peacefully on October 30th 2018, aged 86 years. Much loved wife of the late Theodor, loving mum of Rose and Mike and dear nana of Layla, Charlotte and David. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at St. Martins Parish Church on Thursday November 15th at 4pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Dementia UK.
