After the superb first-half display against Everton, we're running out of superlatives for Manchester City.
But one thing I am really impressed with is how they're starting games and how ruthless they are. When a ball comes into the box, it's 'bang' and away in the net. There's no complacency in a constantly high performance level.
You look at these players, while they're getting paid huge amounts of money, they're performing week in, week out and Pep Guardiola only mixes a few positions up. Seven or eight of that team play every week.
When they came back from international duty, usually there's a hangover for big clubs but not from them. They totally dominated from start to finish and proven when Sam Allardyce said Everton were up against it from the very start.
You need a third or fourth game plan to beat them, as Everton showed what happens when you can't sit off or press them. They're that good and drilled in training that they can pass around anyone who wants to press them.
They can keep the ball and go and press other teams to win it back. You've got to find the balance between sitting back and getting the ball but I'm not sure where Everton where on that.
I felt sorry for their midfield of Wayne Rooney and Morgan Schneiderlin as they were never going to get near City. But I really do enjoy watching Manchester City and I thoroughly enjoy listening to Pep Guardiola.
We're lucky to have him here in the Premier League as a manager.
