Bell took the lead on 14 minutes when Marc Griffiths put in Andy Webb who calmly placed the ball wide of 'keeper Carl Edwards into the corner of the net.
Bell went 2-0 up on 27 minutes when a ball was played back to Edwards, he had not seen Paul Hughes closing him down, Edwards gifted the ball to Hughes who had the easy task of side footing in from close range.
Ifton pulled one back five minutes before half time when Adam Herbert's cross was headed into the corner by Mark Lunt. A Hughes free kick on 67 minutes came back off the far post with Edwards beaten.
Bell went 3-1 up on 75 minutes after a goalmouth scramble, Webb had a goal-bound shot cleared off the line by Coles but Ifton failed to clear their lines and Griffiths bundled the ball over from close range, with Ifton's 'keeper lying injured in the box.
