EIGHT year old Matthew Walker from West Felton has won his first trophy at his first race in the 2008 Low Capacity Road Racing Club British Championship.
He recently took part in a round of the winter championships held at Whilton Mill Circuit in Rugby which involved untimed practice, timed qualifying and three races, achieving an overall position of third in his class.

He has no previous experience racing bikes, and practices on a field near his home and at Rednal kart track.

Matthew is sponsored by www.ExtremeBykeSportz.co.uk who are keen for him to do well in the summer championships that begin in April, especially after such a promising start to the season.
